By 1975, the firm transitioned to a professional corporation, establishing the foundation for future growth.

In 1980, Mitchell Hamilton joined the firm, bringing fresh energy and expertise to the team. By 1985, Mitchell became a shareholder and partner, further solidifying the firm’s leadership. The 1990s were a pivotal time for the firm. In 1993, Mac Angel retired from public accounting to work in the private sector for a longtime client. Shortly after, Jay Cherry and David Spradlin joined the staff, contributing to the firm's evolution. In 1996, Mitchell Hamilton became the sole shareholder following Bob Humphrey’s decision to step down as managing partner. By 1998, Jay Cherry and David Spradlin were admitted as shareholders and partners, completing the leadership team.

In 2006, Matthew Mandrell joined the firm as the newest CPA, bringing extensive auditing experience that allowed the firm to expand its service offerings. His contributions and leadership skills propelled him to partner in 2013, further modernizing the firm’s capabilities. During this time, Bob Humphrey retired fully, concluding a remarkable career and leaving a lasting legacy of leadership and client dedication.
